Itinerary

Day 1

Bwindi Impenetrable

DAY 1;Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Meet your guide and start off early from Kampala for your gorilla trekking adventure (be prepared for a long day in the car). Along the way you will make a stop by the equator for some photos and have lunch in Masaka or Mbarara depending on the time. Continue on to to Bwindi mountain Gorillas through the neck of the impenetrable forest. Overnight in Gorilla mist camp / equivalent

Day 2

Bwindi Impenetrable | Queen Elizabeth

DAY 2;Gorilla trekking day- Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is the home to the forest giants that are cousins to human beings, the gorillas. Have an early breakfast before setting off for your gorilla trekking adventure with a specialized guide. Besides the gorillas this Impenetrable Forest is full of birds, butterflies and plant species plus forest hog, forest elephants, statungas and dikers. Enjoy the walk through the forest and spend one hour around the gorillas. After the gorilla trek your guide shall transfer you back from trekking,to Kampala cutting the time of the journey for tomorrow. The aim is to spend the night at the edge of Queen Elizabeth national park, with an exciting drive there, with a chance to see baboons and other monkeys along the way as well as a the chance of spotting elephants from the lodge. Overnight in Pumba Safari Cottages (depends on time back from trekking, if late in getting back-overnight will be in Kabale.

Day 3

DAY 3;Transfer to Kampala; After breakfast you shall set off towards Kampala. Have lunch along the way. Get back to Kampala in the late afternoon/evening after meeting the Gorillas of Uganda.
