Day 1

Bwindi Impenetrable

Day 1 - Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Meet your safari guide and drive out of Kampala in the morning, be prepared for a long day in the car. Make a stop at the equator to get the experience of standing with one foot on either side of the southern- and northern hemisphere. Continue on to the town of Mbarara for lunch. The final part of the journey will take you through a landscape of rolling green hills and beautiful views as your guide takes you up towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Day 2

Bwindi Impenetrable

Day 2 - Gorilla trekking day - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Your guide will take you to the starting point of the gorilla trekking in the morning and you set of for your great adventure. The trek takes you through the jungle up to the point where the gorillas are and you get to spend one hour with them. For sure this is a moment you will remember for the rest of your life. When you are back from the gorilla trekking your guide takes you to the stunningly beautiful Lake Bunyonyi. Overnight Bunyonyi Eco resort

Day 3

Day 3 - A free day to explore Lake Bunyonyi You have a free day by the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi. There are some possible activities such as canoeing on the lake, walking around the island, taking a swim (the water is a bit cool, but free of Bilharzia, hippos and crocodiles) or relaxing with a book enjoying the view. Day 4

Day 4 - Transfer to Kampala After breakfast you start the journey back to Kampala. Make a stop along the way for lunch in Mbarara or Masaka depending on time. You have now reached the end of your trip and your guide drops you in Kampala/Entebbe depending on your flight arrangements.
