Day 01

Day 01: NAIROBI On arrival at JKIA, you are met by our representative for transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure or on optional activities arranged upon request and are payable direct. Lunch and dinner on own account. Overnight at Southern Sun Mayfair (bed & breakfast)

Day 02

Nairobi

Day 02: NAIROBI – MERU NATIONAL PARK Depart Nairobi in the early hours of the morning after breakfast and head out through the central highlands towards Mt. Kenya. Your scenic drive will take you through the pineapple growing and coffee farming areas. You will as well have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of day to day rural life in Kenya. Arrive for late lunch at your lodge. In the early evening embark on a “shamba walk” through the small scale farms for a hike on “Skull” hill. From the top enjoy a panoramic view of Meru national Park as well as the surrounding ranges of Nyambene and Aberdare. Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight Ikweta Safari Camp (fullboard)

Day 03

Day 03: MERU NATIONAL PARK Enjoy a morning and evening game drive in the park. Trace the endangered Rhino species that are a unique attractions of the park. Discover some of the rarely visited areas including waterfall and numerous streams and springs with crystal clear waters. Return to camp for dinner and overnight Ikweta Sfari Camp (full board)

Day 04

Day 04: MERU – ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK Check out early for a circumnavigated drive around the northern tip of Mt. Kenya to Nyeri. This scenic drive takes you across the ranges that are world known for sheltering the snow capped Mt. Kenya – The highest peak in Kenya as the second highest mountain in Africa. Arrive for lunch at Aberdares Country Club. Later transfer to your tree hotel for the night. Dinner and overnight The Ark

Day 05

Day 05: ABERDARES / LAKE NAKURU Depart after breakfast for the drive taking you into the heart of the Great Rift Valley. Stop over at Thompson falls and later drive on to the valley floor into Nakuru National Park. Enjoy your lunch followed by an evening game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight Flamingo Hill Camp.

Day 06

Serengeti

Day 06: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA Depart after breakfast for the world renown Maasai Mara Game Reserve, to mean the “spotted plains” in Maa language. This is home to the greatest concentration of large mammals and is widely recognized as Africa’s ultimate wildlife reserve. Being that the park neighbors Tanzania’s Serengeti it has become famous its annual migration of wildebeest. Check-in upon arrival followed by lunch and depart later for an evening game viewing drive in this spectacular place of breathtaking sceneries, never-ending plains and the most abundant variety of wildlife remaining anywhere in the world. Dinner and overnight at Mara Leisure Camp (full board).

Day 7

Serengeti

Day 7 & 08: MAASAI MARA During your stay, you have the opportunity to explore this great reserve in depth. You may see elephant, giraffe, prides of lion, and thousands of impala, topi, grants and Thomson's gazelle. Birds are prolific including immigrants, 450 bird species have been recorded among them 57 birds of prey. The Mara is the scene of annual migration of millions of wildebeest up from the Serengeti plains in search of water and grasses. While in Mara, you will have the option to float above the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem on board a hot air balloon followed by a gourmet champagne breakfast (at an extra cost). All meals and overnight at Mara Leisure Camp (full board).

Day 09

Nairobi

Day 09: MARA – NAIROBI – MOMBASA or ZANZIBAR Depart after an early breakfast for drive back to Nairobi in time to catch your early evening flight to the coast. Upon arrival in Mombasa, you will be picked up for road transfer to the South Coast. Dinner and overnight Afrika Pearl & Spa.

Day 10

Day 10 - 13: SOUTH COAST/ DIANI BEACH or ZANZIBAR Sea Cliff Beach resort & Spa Enjoy the next 4 days relaxing at the coast with optional beach activities and excursions.

Day 14

Nairobi

Day 14: DIANI BEACH or ZANZIBAR – NAIROBI Later in the day, transfer to Moi International Airport for flight back to Nairobi for onward connection home.
