Explore Tanzania's northern circuit Safari parks – first, in Lake Manyara National park, right at the edge of the great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Highlands. Then, explore the famous Ngorongoro Crater, an intact volcanic caldera home to many animals including the elusive rhino. From Ngorongoro you will head to Serengeti for 2 nights with plenty of time to explore the endless plains covered with wildlife. From Serengeti, you have the option to drive or fly back (flight cost not included) to Arusha area at the end of the safari. Depending on your wishes and the time of year, you may substitute Tarangire National Park for Lake Manyara or Serengeti (prices may vary up or down).

Arrive in Kilimanjaro (advice time) transfer to the hotel in Arusha, the safari capital of northern Tanzania, nestled at the foot of Mt Meru. The rest of the day is yours to rest relax and get ready for the extraordinary adventure that lies ahead and overnight

After breakfast you will depart for Lake Manyara. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. You can see many game animals such as buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo and others. Eventually you will arrive and stay overnight at beautiful Lake Manyara, which Ernest Hemingway once called the “The loveliest lake in Africa.”

After breakfast you start on your way to Serengeti National Park (driving time some 4 hours, but with plenty to see on the way!) En route you will see grazing zebras, antelopes and giraffes and sometimes some buffalos hiding in the bush. The South Serengeti ecosystem belongs partly to the Serengeti National park and partly to the Ngorongoro you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes and many birds and other species.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. Non-migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewing is very good and you can follow game for long periods without seeing other vehicles – truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains.

After breakfast you leave for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way you will stop at the Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists Louis and Mary Leakey made many significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life originated in Africa. Arrive to Ngorongoro. you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater on World Heritage Site holding a permanent population of more than 30 000 animals.

After breakfast half day game drive at Ngorongoro with your picnic lunch then departs to Arusha or Kilimanjaro for your flight at 16:00hrs to Zanzibar, then transfer from Zanzibar Airport to North Coast Nungwi and overnight.
