Masai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya’s finest and best-known game reserve. This traditional land of the Masai people, nomadic herders who choose a traditional lifestyle, comprises of 200 square miles of open plains, woodlands and riverine forest. Contiguous with the plains of the Serengeti, the Mara is home to a breathtaking array of life. Lake Nakuru is one of the alkaline Rift Valley lakes and a fantastic bird sanctuary, with its shores populated at times by more than one million flamingos. This sight inspired the famous ornithologist Roger Tory Peterson to call it "the greatest bird spectacle on earth".

Itinerary
Day 1
Day 1 Arrive in Nairobi On arrival at Nairobi, you will be met by our representative and dropped to the Hilton Hotel for the night. Centrally located in the heart of the shopping and business district areas, your hotel offers easy access to many local attractions including the Masai Craft market on weekends. Today, lunch and dinner will have to be made by own arrangement. Meals: None.
Day 2
Lake Nakuru | Nairobi
Day 2 Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park; Safari After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. This drive will take you past the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley. After lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the park that is also Kenya's first rhino sanctuary. The Rothschild giraffes have been rehabilitated here at a time that they were endangered. You are almost certain to see the most elusive of the cat family - the leopard. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 3
Lake Nakuru | Masai Mara
Day 3 Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara Game Reserve; Safari After breakfast at the lodge in Lake Nakuru, you drive to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s finest and best-known game reserve. You arrive in time for lunch and check in at your lodge. The park's habitats include the forests along the banks of the Mara and Talek Rivers, acacia forests and open savannah. In the afternoon, you leave for a game viewing drive. While in Masai Mara, you will also have the opportunity to meet the Masai people, a proud and largely aloof tribe who have held on to their customs and traditions for hundreds of years. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 4
Masai Mara
Day 4 Masai Mara Game Reserve; Safari This morning, make your way to the lobby for coffee, tea and cookies. You leave as early as 6:30 am in search of wild animals as early mornings and evenings are the best times to watch the big cats hunt. You return for breakfast. After lunch, you will have time to rest before the evening safari where you leave in search of more wildlife including the "big five" i.e the lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant and the buffalo. You return to the hotel by 6:30 pm and enjoy dinner at the lodge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 5
Masai Mara | Nairobi
Day 5 Masai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi, Departure; Safari After breakfast at the camp, you drive out of the Mara headed for Nairobi, enjoying a game viewing drive on the way. As you climb the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley, your driver/guide will stop at strategic viewpoints for photography. After lunch, you are dropped to Nairobi airport for your flight back home. You have the option to extend your trip to a holiday in the palm-fringed beaches of the Kenyan coast. Meals: Breakfast.
