1 Day Wildlife Adventure includes Arusha National Park and your choice of one of the following destinations. They are Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro Crater.

Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater maintains wildlife sanctuaries within the Ngorongoro Crater, and at 2286 meters above sea level, is the largest unbroken caldera in the world.

Surrounded by sheer walls rising 610 meters from the crater floor, this natural 259 sq. km amphitheater provides a concert of life for all species.

The Tarangire National Park,

Tarangire National Park is the sixth-largest national park in Tanzania; the Tarangire national park is located in Manyara Region.

The name of 'Tarangire National Park' originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The Tarangire Ecosystem is defined by the long-distance migration of wildebeest and zebras. During the dry season, thousands of animals concentrate in Tarangire National Park from the surrounding wet-season dispersal and calving areas.

Lake Manyara National Park well known for tree-climbing lions, the soda ash lake and its flamingos. Lake Manyara National Park is a small park at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. The groundwater forest offers a nice change of scenery from the more savannah dominated parks. A lovely lake at the foot of the impressive Rift Valley Escarpment is rich in wildlife year-round. This park offers easy access, being on the main route up to Ngorongoro and Serengeti.

Arusha National Park

Arusha National Park, Tanzania, is a secret jewel of many facets. It is not only the closest national park to Arusha Town but also one of the most beguiling. This is a treasure, a rich tapestry of habitats, teeming with animals and birds.

The park has three distinct zones that contribute to its variety and beauty: the lush swamps of Ngurundoto Crater; the tranquil beauty of the Momella Lakes, each a different hue, and the chill rocky alpine heights of Mount Meru rising to 4566 meters.

Departure is in the early morning, and how early depends on which destination you choose. You will be picked up at your hotel and driven to the site and will immediately go on a game drive. A box lunch will be provided and game viewing will continue until mid-afternoon when you will start your journey back to Moshi.
