Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi | Tsavo

Day 1 - NAIROBI – TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK Depart Nairobi for Tsavo East National Park which is located south east of Kenya on the Nairobi- Mombasa highway, placed on the eastern side of Nairobi and about 13,747sq km in size. This park is a vast area of arid bush that boasts of hosting some of the biggest Elephant herds in Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch and relax before going out for an evening game drive. Dinner and over night - Man Eaters camp.

Day 2

Day 2 - Wake up for an early morning game drive at 06:30hrs to catch sight of the dust red Elephant among others. Return to the hotel for breakfast and relax at the Lodge until lunch. After lunch depart for an evening game drive until 18:30hrs. Dinner and overnight Man Eaters camp.

Day 3

Tsavo

Day 3 - TSAVO EAST – TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK Depart for Tsavo West National Park which forms a joint mass with Tsavo East National Park, located South- East of Kenya on the western side of the Nairobi- Mombasa highway. On arrival we will have a short game drive en route to our overnight accommodation, have lunch and enjoy a restful afternoon before heading out for an evening game drive. Animals to look out for include: rhinos, buffalos, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and several bird species. Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge .

Day 4

Day 4 - Wake up for an early morning game drive, later return to the lodge for breakfast. Relax and enjoy facilities at the lodge until lunch time and then later go for another evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge .

Day 5

Amboseli

Day 5 -TSAVO WEST – AMBOSELI Depart for Amboseli National Park located in the rift valley province of Loitoktok District in Kenya, the best place to have a get close experience with free range elephants. Enjoy a game drive en-route to the lodge for lunch and in the evening have another game drive looking to catch sight of the Dik-dik, cape buffalo, African fish eagle, Cheetah, Olive and yellow baboons among others and later return for dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge.

Day 6

Amboseli | Kilimanjaro

Day 6 -Depart for another early morning game drive while enjoying the spectacular view of Mt. Kilimanjaro before sunrise and thereafter have breakfast and relax for the rest of the morning till lunch. A good time to make use of the available lodge facilities till evening when you proceed for another evening game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge .

Day 7

Amboseli | Mount Kenya

Day 7 - AMBOSELI - OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY Depart Amboseli for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which is privately owned and not for profit in support of endangered wildlife species, located in Kenya’s Laikipia Distirct, This Conservancy lies between the Aberdare foot hills and the snow capped Mount Kenya and is host to the black and white rhinos, buffalos, cheetahs, lions, Jackson’s hartebeest, and the Gravy’s zebra among others. On arrive at the conservancy have lunch and relax before heading out to enjoy a game drive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Sweets Waters Lodge.

Day 8

Day 8 - Options for this day are: Go for the Lion tracking which starts at 6:30am and ends 9:30am or the Sun rise walk which takes place within the same time. It will depend on space availability and preference. There are 2 daily sessions of each activity. (We can ask the Lodge Manager about space the night before to book you in should you be interested). For the sun rise walk your will need to wear camouflage clothing and a hat. Dinner and overnight at Sweet Waters Lodge.

Day 9

Day 9 - A relaxed morning have breakfast and depart to Morani Education Center for some good insight about the wild and be part of the effort in keeping Morani the friendly Rhino’s memory alive. Lunch at the Lodge and relax for the rest of the afternoon in preparation for a night game drive in search of the nocturnal wildlife like the aardvark, bat eared fox and others Dinner and overnight at Sweet Waters Lodge.

Day 10

Day 10 - Have a relaxed breakfast and depart to visit the chimpanzee sanctuary which opens at 10:00am only place to see them in Kenya. A great job is being done here to conserve the chimpanzee species. Dinner and overnight at Sweet Waters Lodge.

Day 11

Lake Nakuru

Day 11 - OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY - LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park which lies in central Kenya’s Nakuru District in the rift valley province south- west of Nairobi. This Park is unique for its water birds that includes; flamingos, and about 56 mammal species, namely: white rhinos, buffalos and giraffe among others. On arrival enjoy a game drive en-route to the lodge to have lunch and enjoy another game drive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Capitol Hill Lodge.

Day 12

Nairobi

Day 12- LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK – MASAI MARA Depart for Maasai Mara National Reserve one of Africa’s most popular reserves, that boasts of a very diverse eco system, not easy to compare. This reserve is located south-west of Kenya and lies in the Great Rift Valley about 270km from Nairobi city. It’s here that you can see the annual wildebeest migration (between July-October) besides several other activities available for you to savor like a visit to meet the Masaai people, and the hot air balloon among others. On arrival have lunch and there after go for an evening game drive. Return for dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge Mara.

Day 13

Day 13 - Depart camp after breakfast for a full day game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch and continue with game drive until evening. Dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge Mara.

Day 14

Masai Mara

Day 14 - Depart early morning for a hot air balloon ride. Enjoy a bush breakfast after the balloon ride and a game drive en-route to the lodge. Enjoy a relaxed and restful afternoon at the lodge to unwind before completing the day with an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight Masai Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 15

Nairobi

Day 15 - Depart Maasai Mara after a relaxed breakfast heading to Nairobi to be dropped off at the airport for onward flight. (Today’s arrangements/activities can be amended slightly depending your flight time). Based on a minimum of 2travelers
