Mt Elgon Climbing Safaris

Day 1: Kampala- Mbale. (Approx. 270 Km)  About 6 Hours:Pick up from your hotel by our company guide or driver, transfer to the east of Mountain Elgon via Jinja and Mbale towns. Mountain Elgon is a 4,321 metre high. Spectacular scenery is the main attraction for the hiker on this mountain with a variety of forest monkeys, small antelopes, with elephants, buffalo and about 300 bird species. After you will visit Sipi Falls. Accommodation: Sipi River lodge or Lacam lodge (Luxury)Meal Plan: Full Board.

DAY 3: Mude Cave-Wagagai Peak-Mude Cave. (18 km) about 4 hours:Early in the morning, hike from Mude Cave climb to Wagagai Peak (4,321 m). Later descend  to Mud Camp for the night.Accommodation:  Mud Camp (Mid- range), Meal Plan: Full Board

DAY 5: Piswa Patrol Hut and return to Kampala: From the Hunter’s Cave Camp trail descend to Piswa Patrol Hut. Return to Kampala via Mbale Jinja & towns.Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch.
