Uganda is located along the Western arm of the Rift Valley, characterized by different landscapes, but unified by the presence of the green colors and green hills. A wide and different experience of the African landscape and culture. This tour is a full immersion in the true nature, the forests and biodiversity. You will encounters cultures and traditions of the Central Africa region. You will follow the river Nile at Murchison Falls in Uganda, descending along the Albertine rift escarpment down to the “Gorillas in the mist” Bwindi.

Day 1
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport At Entebbe Airport you meet your safari guide and transfer to the Hotel. Cassia Lodge. (Dinner)
Day 2
Murchison Falls
Day 2: Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Have an early breakfast and depart for Murchison Falls, have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary route to track Rhinos and have lunch. We arrive in the national park late afternoon and visit the magnificent waterfalls-the top of the falls, where the river Nile is being forced into a seven meter gap. Day 3
Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park After an early breakfast we start the day with a game drive on the northern bank of River Nile, we are likely to see giraffes, elephants, hartebeest and different species of birds. Look out for the king of the Jungle(lion). In the afternoon the safari will continue on a boat on River Nile for more game viewing. Day 4
Kibale
Day 4: Murchison Falls NP – Kibale Forest NP Depart for Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park. This journey will be rewarded with stunning views as you pass small villages and local markets. Arrive in the park later that afternoon/Evening. Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Overnight at Chimpanzee Guest House or Ndali lodge

Kibale
Day 5: In Kibale Forest – Chimp tracking Today you get to track chimpanzees; you may have sightings of the red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white Columbus monkeys and many other primates in Kibale Forest. After lunch - visit Bigodi Village and swamp which is known for its rich diversity of birds and primates depending on the availability of time. Day 6
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park We transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, with a small game drive on our way to our accommodation. Arrive in time for the boat safari on Kazinga Channel. Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Overnight Mweya Safari Lodge or Enganzi Lodge
Day 7
Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Ishasha The day begins early, we go towards the mating ground of the Uganda Kob in search of the Lions – also look out for Warthogs, Elephants and Buffaloes. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon depart to the southern part of the Queen Elizabeth National park in Ishasha in a search for the tree climbing lions. Day 8
Bwindi Impenetrable
Day 8:Transfer to Bwindi After an early morning breakfast we have a short game drive and depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National park for gorilla tracking, have lunch or picnic. Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Overnight at Depending on family of gorillas Nkuringo Gorilla Camp/Buhoma lodge
Day 9
Day 9: In Bwindi – Gorilla Tracking The highlight of your safari - meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Enjoy the fullness of the impenetrable forest which is filled with life. This great experience takes anything from an hour (rarely) to about 6hours or more to accomplish. Day 10
Day 10: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi After breakfast, depart to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale, the 2nd deepest lake in Africa. Along the way, you will experience great sceneries – interlocking hills that were terraced unawares by the locals as they till the land for farming. Day 11
Day 11: Lake Bunyonyi - Islands Tour The morning will be used to take a boat safari to visit several islands dotting Lake Bunyonyi. After the visit you can choose to have a relaxed afternoon, have a swim, hike up the hill or go for canoe trekking while you watch the beautiful sunset. Day 12
Lake Mburo
Day 12: Transfer to Lake Mburo NP & Igongo Cultural MuseumDrive towards Lake Mburo NP, visit Igongo culture Museum- a museum showcasing the life of the native people in Ankore and Kigezi area. Arrive in the park later that afternoon and take a boat trip on Lake Mburo. Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Overnight at Arcadia Cottages or Mihingo Lodge
Day 13
Day 13: Transfer to Kampala. After breakfast, do a game drive on your way to Kampala, with a stopover at the famous Equator line. Do a brief city tour which includes visits to the cathedrals, the royal Kasubi tombs, Uganda museum and local markets depending on what is possible. Day 14
Day 14: A Visit to Jinja. After breakfast we leave the east to Jinja which is situated 80 km from the Capital Kampala. In Jinja the Nile finds its origin; visit the Source of the Nile where the famous River Nile starts its journey through Africa and a great challenge for rafters. Day 15
Day 15: All good things come to an end. It’s departure time: Time to say goodbye to the Pearl of Africa!
