You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi by the Jossec Safaris team for a briefing before departing north through scenic highlands towards Samburu. Arrive in time for lunch at Samburu Simba Lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive in this unique semi-arid reserve. Samburu is home to rare wildlife species such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. You may also spot elephants, lions, and leopards along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Enjoy a full day exploring Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve offers excellent wildlife viewing and fewer crowds, allowing for an authentic safari experience.
