Depart at 7:30 a.m. with your professional guide and travel west to Kasese via the scenic Fort Portal route, passing lush tea plantations, rolling countryside, and the Rwenzori Mountains. After lunch in Kasese, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park through savannah plains, crater lakes, and acacia woodlands. Enjoy a 2-hour Kazinga Channel boat cruise with sightings of hippos, elephants, buffaloes, kobs, warthogs, and abundant birdlife before overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.

Start the day with coffee before an early game drive across Kasenyi Plains and Queen’s Mile, known for elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda kobs, crater lakes, and birdlife. Continue south through the scenic Ishasha Sector along the Western Rift Valley escarpment, with a chance to spot the famous tree-climbing lions. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and arrive at Buhoma Lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters at 8:00 a.m. for a gorilla trekking briefing by UWA staff. Equipped with essentials like rain gear, water, snacks, lunch, and trekking boots, venture into Bwindi Forest with guides in search of your allocated gorilla family. This unforgettable trek takes 2–6 hours. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided Buhoma Village Walk for cultural insight before returning to Buhoma Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Return to Kampala and continue to Entebbe via Mbarara, with a visit to Igongo Cultural Village to discover the traditions and heritage of the Ankole and Bahima people. Stop at the Equator for photos before proceeding to Entebbe in time for your evening departure, marking the end of your memorable Ugandan adventure.
