Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari guide and briefed about your trip. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short Kigali city tour, including visits to local markets or the Kigali Genocide Memorial. Afterward, you will embark on a scenic 2.5–3 hour drive to Volcanoes National Park in northern Rwanda. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge, relax, and prepare for the next day’s gorilla trekking adventure.

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park.
