Safari summary
Join an exciting group adventure to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa at 5,895 meters. This is one of the most famous trekking experiences in the world and a dream destination for many travelers.
Our Kilimanjaro group climb is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and friends who want to share the experience with other adventurers from around the world. Climbing in a group creates a great team spirit and motivation while also making the trip more affordable.
You do not need technical climbing experience to reach the summit. With good preparation, determination, and the support of our professional mountain team, many first-time climbers successfully reach the top.
During the climb you will pass through several natural zones. The journey begins in tropical rainforest with tall trees and wildlife. As you climb higher the landscape changes to moorland and open valleys, then to alpine desert with rocky views. Finally you reach the arctic summit zone where Uhuru Peak stands above the clouds.
Our experienced guides lead the group at a slow and comfortable pace to help everyone adjust to the altitude. Safety is our priority and guides check climbers regularly to make sure everyone is feeling well during the trek.
Each climb includes a full mountain support team with professional guides, assistant guides, a mountain cook, and strong porters who carry the equipment and prepare fresh meals every day on the mountain.
Important information for climbers: the difficulty level is moderate to challenging and good physical fitness is recommended. Camping accommodation is provided during the climb with quality tents and sleeping equipment. The best time to climb is from June to October and from late December to February when weather conditions are usually more favorable.
Climbing Kilimanjaro is not only a trekking adventure but also a personal achievement. Standing at Uhuru Peak and watching the sunrise above Africa is a moment that stays with you for life.
