It is easier to see the animals as it is a crater floor. Visit Lake Manyara NP. Tarangire is like a smaller Serengeti, but famous for its great number of elephants.

Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet & greet. Transfer to hotel. Arusha City, located in the northern highlands of Tanzania, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, is the safari capital of the country. Guests embarking on the popular northern safari circuit all stop here to prepare for their journeys into the African bush. Overnight at Olerai Lodge.

This morning drive from Arusha Tarangire National Parkwith picnic lunch. Tarangire is traversed by the Tarangire River, which never dries up. Being the only source of water during the dry season, it draws hundreds of animals to the park, making wildlife and bird viewing spectacular. The landscape is varied, with grassy savannah plains, swamps, hills and spectacular baobabs. Enjoy a full day in the park with game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Martina's House

Breakfast. Check-out. Drive to Lake Manyara. The entire territory of this park is cut through with ground water streams that provide a favorable environment for plants and, in addition, for a multitude of birds (including pink flamingos) and African forest animals. Around lunchtime you will visit the Maji Moto hot springs. Manyara is also home to rare tree-climbing lions. By evening you will be transferred to lodge for dinner and overnight.

Depart after breakfast and drive to Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro with some stops on the way at interesting points to take pictures and experience Tanzania at its best. The drive from Karatu to Serengeti takes 3-4 hours, you will take lunch boxes with you to allow good time for afternoon animal sightings in the Serengeti. You'll expect to see huge herds of migrating animals, prides of lions, cheetah, leopard, elephant, giraffe, buffaloes and many species of birds and trees.

On this day you can wake up early for a sunrise game drive to try and catch up with the rare nocturnal animal species as well as the early risers among the diurnal ones. It is a nice time to see animals within a close distance as most game like to line up at the road sides to escape the morning dew. After breakfast at your camp you will then spend the day doing game drives for the whole day within the Serengeti national park Accommodation at Tanzania Bush Camp.

After a leisurely breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the Serengeti as you make your way towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you'll enjoy a scenic drive through the Serengeti, with opportunities for wildlife sightings along the way. Upon entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll descend into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, often described as an "African Eden, you'll encounter a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five. Depart.
It's your last day with us today. After breakfast, you'll check-out and be driven back to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight. Time permitting (at no extra cost), visit Shanga Foundation, a social enterprise that employs people with disabilities to create unique and high-quality handcrafted wares incorporating recycled materials. Drop off at the airport.
