Depart after breakfast and drive to Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro with some stops on the way at interesting points to take pictures and experience Tanzania at its best. The drive from Karatu to Serengeti takes 3-4 hours, you will take lunch boxes with you to allow good time for afternoon animal sightings in the Serengeti. You'll expect to see huge herds of migrating animals, prides of lions, cheetah, leopard, elephant, giraffe, buffaloes and many species of birds and trees.

On this day you can wake up early for a sunrise game drive to try and catch up with the rare nocturnal animal species as well as the early risers among the diurnal ones. It is a nice time to see animals within a close distance as most game like to line up at the road sides to escape the morning dew. After a leisurely breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the Serengeti as you make your way towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, you'll enjoy a scenic drive through the Serengeti, with opportunities for wildlife sightings along the way. Upon entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll descend into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, often described as an "African Eden, you'll encounter a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five.

Today guests drive to the Lake Eyasi area, arriving in time for lunch at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge. Enjoy afternoon visit to a Datoga tribe, who are characteristically known for keeping to themselves and are a tribe of proud people and fierce warriors known for their stealth ability. They are skillful and are also known for their blacksmith skills, beads work, brass bracelets, and necklaces, while also supplying arrowheads to the Hadzabe tribe.

Breakfast. Check-out. Drive towards Hadzabe tribe who are considered one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. As a hunter-gatherer society, they have no domesticated livestock, nor do they grow or store their own food. They survive by hunting their food with hand-made bows and arrows and foraging for edible plants. Their diet is primarily plant-based but also consists of meat, fat, and honey. In the Afternoon you'll drive back to Arusha. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
