Nairobi to Amboseli
Amboseli
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel and driven to Amboseli National Park at Mt Kilimanjaro's base. On arrival, check in and have lunch. Depart for an afternoon game drive until dusk. Spot elephant herds with Kibo Peak as a backdrop. Although in Tanzania, Kenya's Observation Hill offers the best view. After the drive, return for dinner and overnight at your lodge. Amboseli
Depart for an early morning game drive at 0600hrs for the clearest views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. You may see big cats, elephants, and cheetahs on the dry lake bed, and hippos returning to wetlands. Return for breakfast at 0830hrs. Relax at the pool mid-morning with lunch at 1300hrs. At 1430hrs, depart for an afternoon game drive to pursue more wildlife. Activities: Afternoon game drive.
