Safari summary
This 3-day Samburu National Reserve safari takes you to Kenya’s rugged northern frontier, a land of dramatic landscapes, rich Samburu culture, and rare wildlife species found nowhere else in the country. Centered along the life-giving Ewaso Nyiro River, the reserve is famous for the “Samburu Special Five” — Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, and beisa oryx — as well as elephants, lions, leopards, and abundant birdlife. The safari offers an authentic, less-crowded wilderness experience ideal for nature lovers and photographers.
