Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi | Tsavo

Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park, Kenya Our Safari driver/guide will pick you from your Mombasa hotel/residence and drive you to Tsavo East National Park via the Mombasa - Nairobi road. Enter Tsavo East through the Bachuma gate where we stop briefly for refreshments. We commence game viewing drives on entry as we head Voi Safari Lodge/Red Elephant Lodge for lunch and short rest. Embark on the afternoon game viewing drive (at 4.00 pm) when the wild animals comes alive after the midday heat lull. We transverse the park, looking out for game and enjoying the scenery. Dinner and overnight at the Voi Safari Lodge/Ashnil Aruba Lodge/Lion Hill Lodge or Red Elephant Lodge depending on your budget.

Day 2

Tsavo

Day 2 Tsavo East National Park – Mombasa, Kenya Early morning game drive then return to your lodge for your breakfast. Leave the lodge for a mid morning game drive trying to catch sight of animals we did not see the previous day then exit Tsavo East park and head on to the Lion Hill restaurant just outside the park for lunch (at own cost). The lion hill restaurant is perched up high on a hill and has magnificent views over Tsavo East plains. After lunch drive to Mombasa arriving in the early evening and drop off at your beach hotel.
