Arusha to Tarangire

Tarangire

Your safari begins around 8:00 AM with a pick-up from Arusha, followed by a 2.5-3 hour 4x4 drive to Tarangire National Park. Once there, you'll embark on a full-day game drive, known for seeing large herds of elephants, Baobab trees, and various other wildlife like lions, giraffes, and many bird species. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park. In the late afternoon, you'll exit Tarangire and drive to your lodge near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Karatu) for dinner and an overnight stay.
