Dar es Salaam – Saadani

Your driver/guide will pick you up early from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive north to Saadani National Park. The journey takes about 6–7 hours, passing scenic coastal and rural landscapes. Upon arrival, set up at the affordable campsite near the park or lodge. After a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive in Saadani National Park, where you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and a wide variety of birds. Return to the campsite for dinner and your night.

Saadani – Departure

Wake up early for a morning game drive to see the wildlife at their most active. After the game drive, you may enjoy a short walk along the beach or relax at the campsite. Breakfast will be served at the campsite, followed by packing up and preparing for the return drive to Dar es Salaam. Stop for lunch on the way, arriving in Dar es Salaam in the afternoon with wonderful memories of coastal wildlife and the unique Saadani landscape.
