Itinerary
Pick-up from the Airport
Upon your arrival, we will greet you at the airport and provide a seamless transfer to your hotel. An optional Arusha city tour is available to introduce you to Tanzania and prepare you for the adventure to come. In the evening, we will hold a briefing to discuss the itinerary for the remainder of the tour. Additionally, depending on your arrival time, you can take an optional short hike to Kilima Moto to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your day starts with an 8 AM hotel pickup and a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant population, you'll see these giants up close during a game drive. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch by the river, but watch out for monkeys and baboons trying to steal your food. The day ends with a drive to Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your safari starts at 8 AM with a drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its baobab trees and elephants. After a game drive and a riverside picnic lunch (mind the monkeys!), you'll exit around 5:30 PM for Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge. The next day, after breakfast, a six-hour drive takes you to the Serengeti. You'll stop at the Ngorongoro Crater, with an optional visit to a Masai Village, before a late afternoon game drive in Seronera, ending at Serengeti Safari Camp.

After an early breakfast, we depart on a morning game drive carrying a picnic lunch. The game drive will focus on the Mara River and hopefully see herds of the migration animals as they cross the river. We continue our game drive until the evening, when we return to Heritage Mara Camp for dinner and our overnight stay. Animals can be spotted at the camp.

Today, we travel west and return to the Mara River. Here, we will see formations of wildebeest as they gather and prepare to cross the Mara River. Hopefully, we will see the start of the migration! After an early breakfast, we will depart for the game drive, have lunch, and continue the game drive until the evening. Finally, we will return to Heritage Mara Camp.

Seronera, Serengeti National Park After an early breakfast, we will go on a game drive south of Serengeti toward Seronera. Eventually, we will exit the Serengeti in the late afternoon, heading to Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. The lodge is located on the crater rim and has a spectacular view of the crater. The drive to the Ngorongoro Crater takes about 2 hours.

After an early breakfast, we will descend into the crater at 6:15am. The journey aims to find the black rhino. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in this beautiful crater. However, most animals will be easier to spot on the crater floor. After lunch, we will do a game drive, ascend the crater, and return to the lodge. Upon arrival, we will pack up and depart for Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa near Arusha.

Excursion to Kilimanjaro Airport
After breakfast, we will go to the Materuni Waterfalls, where you will do a short hike for about 2 hours. The vegetation, surreal views, and waterfalls are an incredible sight. From here, we proceed to a local coffee processing farm, where we will have lunch before departing for the airport.
