Itinerary
Day 1: Tarangire Safari
Tarangire
Upon your arrival at Arusha Airport, you will be met by your guide and immediately transferred to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its vast elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Your game drive will take you through diverse landscapes, offering excellent opportunities to see lions, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals. Afterward, you will drive to the Karatu area for your overnight stay at Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater & Maasai T
Ngorongoro Crater
Today begins with an insightful visit to a local Maasai village in the Ngorongoro Highlands. You will learn about their traditional lifestyle and participate in cultural dances. After the village visit, you will descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. This ancient caldera is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the endangered black rhino and large flocks of flamingos, offering unparalleled photographic opportunities.

Day 3: Tribal Visits & Departure
After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Eyasi for a rare cultural experience. You will meet the Hadzabe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa, and the Datoga, skilled blacksmiths. You'll learn about their ancient hunting and metalworking traditions, respectively. Following this immersive visit, you will begin your transfer back to Arusha for your onward journey or flight.
