Safari summary
The 6-Day Marangu Route is a well-established trail leading to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest peak. Often called the "Coca-Cola Route," it’s the only route that offers overnight stays in mountain huts, making it a great option for climbers who prefer more comfort over camping. As you ascend through lush rainforests, open moorlands, and alpine desert, each day presents a new ecosystem and breathtaking scenery.
This itinerary includes a vital acclimatization day at Horombo Hut, boosting your chances of successfully reaching Uhuru Peak at 5,895 meters. Guided by experienced mountain professionals, you’ll enjoy warm meals, well-paced hikes, and expert support every step of the way. With built-in rest and rewarding summit views, this route is ideal for hikers with limited time who still want the full Kilimanjaro experience, without compromising comfort or safety.
