Day 1: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive approximately two hours to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the park, exploring its famous ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. Overnight: Ikumbi Lodge (mid-range, full board).

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend to the crater floor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Spot lions, hippos, elephants, wildebeest, buffalo, and black rhinos, with flamingos along the way. Enjoy a picnic lunch before driving through scenic highlands to Serengeti National Park, with a game drive en route. Overnight: Sound of Silence Camp (full board).

Afterward, depart Serengeti and drive back to Arusha (approximately 6–7 hours), with an optional stop at a Maasai village or local souvenir shop, time permitting. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha or directly at the airport.
