ARUSHA
Meet and transfer to Arusha accommodation for pre trek briefing.

Kilimanjaro
After breakfast we transfer to Londorossi Gate (2250m) for registration formalities followed by a short drive through farmlands to Shira Plateau to meet our mountain team, enjoy a picnic lunch and commence trekking. We arrive to our camp (3550m) mid-afternoon.

A hearty breakfast is followed by a day of amboling through grassy moor lands with magnificent views across Shira Plateau behind and Kibo Peak in front. Our camp (3840m) is situated in a sheltered area and positions us ready for a clear path tomorrow

Leaving the moor lands behind after breakfast, we walk along lava ridges of the Western Breach with views to Lava Tower (4550m). We are able to climb Lava Tower as an acclimatization tactic and also to observe awesome views across the Kilimanjaro foothills before continuing on to another sheltered camp (3900m)

Today’s breakfast is Barranco Wall a sheer wall of rock that will take us up the south-eastern flank of Kibo Peak.We enjoy a hot lunch at Karanga and continue on to the next camp (4600m) through a landscape of volcanic scree.We arrive mid-afternoon for complete resting in preparation of our midnight assault on the summit.

Around midnight we set off toward Stella Point (5,735m), pausing for tea, snacks, and a breathtaking sunrise. From here, it’s a short push to Uhuru Peak (5,896m), the Roof of Africa. After celebrating at the summit, we descend to Barafu for rest and brunch before continuing on an alternate route, reaching camp at 3,100m on the edge of Mweka Forest by late afternoon

A comparably leisurely morning as we descend through the forest to Mweka Gate (1650m) and out of the National Park.Our awaiting vehicle transfers to Arusha for well-deserved resting, relaxation and trek de-briefing.

A day of rest and recreation, with the offer of a town tour and craft market exploration available. Or simply remain at the lodge and recuperate fully, in time to depart for an adventurous safari from tomorrow.

Lake Manyara
After an early breakfast in Arusha, we journey towards Lake Manyara National Park, known for its dramatic escarpment, lush groundwater forest, and shimmering soda lake. We enjoy a classic safari picnic en route and arrive at the park in time for an afternoon game drive. Expect to see a rich variety of birdlife and possibly tree-climbing lions. We return to our lodge in the late afternoon

Serengeti
After breakfast, we depart Lake Manyara and begin our scenic drive toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Along the way, we pass through the Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying stunning landscapes and a stop for a picnic lunch. Upon entering the Serengeti, we begin our first game drive across the vast plains, heading toward the central area. The day ends with incredible wildlife sightings as we make our way to the lodge or camp for the evening.

We spend another day on the endless plains of the Serengeti to explore this spectacular demonstration of nature at its best. After an early morning game drive, we return for a scrumptious lunch before once again returning to the trail of the wildlife wonders.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final Serengeti game drive before traveling to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the iconic Crater, the ‘Eighth Wonder of the World,’ for a wildlife-filled drive among lions, elephants, rhinos, and flamingos. After a picnic lunch, ascend the rim and continue to Karatu for an overnight stay in the highlands

After a leisurely breakfast, we set out on a scenic 2 hour walking tour along the Great Rift Valley escarpment near Karatu. This guided walk offers breathtaking views, rich birdlife, and a glimpse into the local culture and farming communities. After the walk, we begin our drive back to Arusha, stopping for lunch and a visit to a local Maasai craft market en route. Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to your lodge or departure point for onward travel.
