Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast in Arusha, your guide will pick you up and drive to Tarangire National Park, a wilderness famed for its towering baobab trees, vast savannahs, and huge herds of elephants. Spend the day on a game drive spotting elephants, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, lions, and a variety of bird species that thrive in this park. In the evening, drive to your lodge or camp near Tarangire for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel through the Great Rift Valley escarpments and the Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of Maasai villages and rolling landscapes. Enter Serengeti National Park via Nabi Gate and proceed with an afternoon game drive across the endless plains. Watch out for prides of lions, cheetahs stalking prey, giraffes, and wildebeest herds grazing. Overnight stay inside Serengeti.

Spot hippos wallowing in pools, hyenas on the hunt, and flamingos along Lake Magadi. After a picnic lunch in the crater, head to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a small but scenic gem nestled at the foot of the Rift Valley escarpment.
