Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Tarangire
After breakfast, head into Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive. The park, located along the Tarangire River in the Great Rift Valley, features Acacia woodlands, giant Baobab trees, and large swamps. During the dry season, these water sources attract abundant wildlife. Tarangire is known for some of Africa’s largest elephant herds and is home to rare species like the Greater Kudu, Fringed-eared Oryx, and Ashy Starling.

After breakfast, continue to the fertile highlands where the Iraqw people grow wheat, coffee, and corn. Pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and admire the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. By midday, arrive at Serengeti National Park, Tanzania's largest park with diverse landscapes like plains, swamps, lakes, and mountains. Enjoy an extensive game drive before heading to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay in the Serengeti.

After early breakfast with a picnic lunch, enjoy a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. See the “Big 4” — lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard — plus hippos, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, hyenas, and gazelles. Depending on the season, follow the wildebeest migration across the park near Grumeti River, Ikorongo, or Southern Serengeti. Enjoy wildlife viewing until evening before returning for dinner and overnight stay inside the park.

After breakfast, you will embark upon another incredible game drive in The Serengeti before traveling to the Ngorongoro Crater. Arriving at the edge of the crater in the afternoon, you will have your first glimpse of what awaits you the following day – glistening streams, open grassland, and an infinite amount of animals. You will spend the night at a nearby lodge, with the orange glow of sunset surrounding you as you drift off to sleep.
