Moshi – Machame Gate – Machame Camp

After breakfast in Moshi, you drive to Machame Gate (1,800m) for registration. The climb begins through a lush rainforest trail rich in birds and monkeys. After 5–7 hours of steady ascent, you reach Machame Camp (3,000m). Tents are set up, and hot dinner is served as you rest and adjust to the higher altitude.
