Kampala to bwindi impenetrable
Your tour guide / driver shall pick you from the Hotel in Kampala or Entebbe early morning at 7am and set off a long drive to Southwest to Bwindi National Park with en route stopover at the equator for experimentation and photography and lunch break in Mbarara. You will proceed to Bwindi National Park reaching early in the evening.
Rushaga Gorilla Camp
Gorilla trekking day
Following breakfast at the lodge, travel to National Park Headquarters to meet your guides for the day and begin your gorilla tracking experience. Experienced guides and trackers will accompany your party on an early morning trek into the dense rain forest on the mountain slopes. The journey, through dense foliage and up steep climbs, is abundantly rewarded with the lifetime experience of viewing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
Rushaga Gorilla Camp
Transfer to Kampala
After breakfast, you will start your journey back to Kampala. Cross the equator and have time to take photos at the equator. Buy a few souvenirs and have a quick picnic lunch. You will then drive to Entebbe airport to catch your flights back home.
