We’ll begin with an early game drive in Tarangire, taking advantage of the prime wildlife viewing hours. After this, we’ll journey to Mto wa Mbu for lunch and relaxation. Our afternoon will be active and culturally rich, as we explore the local area by bicycle. We’ll cycle through farms, villages, and forests, encountering local tribes and enjoying the area’s natural features such as waterfalls. We will return to our lodge in the evening.

Serengeti National Park

We’ll depart for the Serengeti, a 6-hour drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We’ll pause for a quick 20-minute view of the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, you can choose to experience a Maasai village visit (optional, additional cost). We’ll then proceed to the Serengeti’s Seronera area, where a late afternoon game drive will immerse you in the park’s iconic landscapes and wildlife, culminating in a stunning Serengeti sunset. Keep an eye out for potential predator sightings!

An early 6:30 am breakfast fuels us for a morning filled with incredible wildlife encounters on a Serengeti game drive. We’ll explore until lunchtime, then return to camp for a meal and to pack. Our afternoon game drive doubles as our Serengeti exit, leading us to Simba Campsite, perched near the Ngorongoro Crater rim (a 2-hour drive). Keep your eyes peeled – animals are often seen right at the campsite! Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and an overnight stay at Simba Campsite, Ngorongoro.

Experience the wonders of the Ngorongoro Crater (Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Arusha Region). Starting with a 6:15 am descent, your morning will be dedicated to finding the rare black rhino, the crater’s most elusive resident. Enjoy a midday game drive and lunch within the crater before ascending around 12:45 pm. Then, prepare for your journey back to Arusha.
