Machame Gate - Machame Hut

Kilimanjaro

After breakfast at Prime Land Hotel, transfer to Machame Gate (1,800m) for registration and briefing. Begin the climb through lush rainforest with picnic lunch en route. Hike for about 5–6 hours to reach Machame Camp (2,835m). Dinner and overnight at the camp under the stars. Get ready for your first night on the mountain!

Machame Camp - Shira Camp

Wake up to mountain views and enjoy breakfast at camp. Start hiking through moorland and heather landscapes as the forest thins out. The trail is steeper today but rewarding with scenic views. After 5–6 hours of trekking, arrive at Shira Camp (3,750m). Relax, have dinner, and overnight while adjusting to the altitude.

Shira Camp - Barranco Camp

Today is key for acclimatization. After breakfast, hike east toward Lava Tower (4,630m), where you’ll stop for lunch. Then descend gradually to Barranco Camp (3,960m). Though the day takes 6–8 hours, the climb high, sleep low approach helps your body adjust. Enjoy dinner and a peaceful night below the Barranco Wall.

Barranco Camp - Barafu Camp

Hike steadily uphill to Barafu Camp (4,673m), passing through alpine desert. The trek takes 3–4 hours. Arrive for hot lunch and rest. Early dinner is served before you sleep early and prepare for your midnight summit push to Uhuru Peak.

Mid Night Summit - Mweka Camp

Wake up around 11:30 PM for tea and snacks. Begin your final ascent by midnight, trekking slowly in the dark toward Stella Point, then Uhuru Peak (5,895m)—the highest point in Africa. Expect cold, wind, and steep terrain. Our team walks closely with you, offering full support, encouragement, and hot drinks near the summit. After sunrise photos and celebration, descend carefully to Barafu for brunch, then continue to Mweka Camp (3,100m) for a well-deserved rest.

Kilimanjaro

After breakfast, descend through the lush Mweka Forest for about 3–4 hours to reach Mweka Gate (1,640m). At the gate, you'll receive your summit certificate and celebrate with the team. From there, transfer back to your hotel in Moshi for a hot shower, rest, and celebration after completing your Kilimanjaro adventure.
