It takes you to Jinja, the adventure capital of Uganda, for a whitewater rafting adventure on the River Nile, the world's longest river. You then head to Lake Mburo National Park for a horseback riding adventure. You'll then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for an indigenous tribe tour and a gorilla trekking adventure. Transfer to Jinja

Your driver-guide will be waiting for you at the airport with a notice bearing your name. After greetings, you'll embark on a journey to Jinja as he briefs you about the whole trip. Upon arrival, you'll check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Rafting and transfer to Lake Mburo

You'll wake up early in the morning for breakfast. Then, you'll drive to the starting point for a briefing about the whitewater rafting adventure. Your guide will guide you to the water after confirming that you have all the necessary gear. You'll navigate the rapids depending on your expertise. After the activity, you'll have lunch. Then, you'll embark on a journey to Lake Mburo National Park.

Horseback riding and head to Bwindi

On this day, you'll wake up in the morning for breakfast. You'll then head to Mihingo Lodge for a horseback riding safari. Your guide will lead you to the savannahs with horses for a 2-hour excursion. You'll see many animals like buffalo, zebras, hippos, impalas, Uganda Kobs, and giraffes. Since the park is carnivore-free, you'll enjoy fantastic wildlife viewing moments. After that, you'll head back to the lodge for lunch and head to Bwindi NP, where you'll visit the indigenous Batwa tribe.

You'll wake up for breakfast early morning and head to the park headquarters with your packed lunch. You'll undergo a briefing about gorilla trekking rules. Thereafter, you'll form a group of 8 accompanied by rangers and a guide. You'll search for the gorillas and after finding them, you'll spend an hour observing them and taking photos. After, you'll return to the starting point, board your vehicle, and head to the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi for dinner and an overnight stay.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP

You'll have breakfast and head out for a morning canoe cruise on Lake Bunyonyi, allowing you to explore several islands, learn about the history on some of them, and see some wild animals. Then, you'll head to Uganda's most popular National park, Queen Elizabeth National Park. You'll pass through the Ishasah sector for a chance of seeing tree-climbing lions. This rare habit among these carnivores will fascinate you. You'll then continue to the Northern sector for dinner and an overnight stay

After breakfast, you'll head out in the Kasenyi plains in search of wildlife. You'll see many wild animals, including Uganda kobs, antelopes, warthogs, hippos, and many others. You'll also see 4 of the big 5 animals, which include leopards, lions, buffalo, and elephants. You'll then return to the lodge for lunch and embark on a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. You'll also see crocodiles lying lazily on the shores of the river. You'll see big schools of hippos and waterbirds.

Transfer back to Entebbe

You'll have breakfast and embark on a journey to Entebbe at the hotel or airport. You'll have lunch en route and upon arrival, your guide will say goodbye, and this will mark the end of the 7-Day Uganda Primates, Wildlife and Whitewater Rafting Safari.
