On this 6-day Kenyan safari, venture through Kenya’s iconic landscapes starting with Samburu. Samburu is known for its rare wildlife species known as the special five, the dramatic landscapes, and the fact that it is a collective of three reserves in one. On your second day, explore Samburu and get to see the wildlife not seen the previous day. Afterwards, on day three, you will be transferred to Lake Nakuru National Park. You cannot have a safari without visiting the lakeside of Kenya, home to birdlife and rhinos. Day four, head to the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy the iconic African sunset in the wild while you witness raw, untamed nature unfold. Day five is fully dedicated to witnessing, experiencing, and living in the moment in the heart of Mara. On your first day in Nairobi, you will meet your friendly tour guide, who will be with you throughout your memorable safari. You will be picked up from your hotel or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Your drive to Samburu will be filled with portrait-like landscapes. You will check in and relax before having lunch. Your first game drive in Samburu National Reserve begins in the afternoon. The reserve is known for being home to the “Special Five”. Dinner and overnight in your camp.

With a desire to experience Samburu National Reserve to its fullest, you will start your day with an early breakfast before heading out for a morning game drive. Throughout the game drive, you might spot some elephants, lions, different species of birds and antelopes. Afterwards lunch and leisure time. You will later have another game drive in the afternoon and get a chance to explore the reserve’s stunning wildlife. Dinner and overnight in your camp.

Lake Nakuru National Park
You will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, which is a six-hour drive with a view of Kenya’s finest landscapes. You will arrive and check in while we take some refreshments offered and relax. After lunch, in the late afternoon, you will embark on a thrilling game drive for the flamingo sighting, rhinos, and a diverse species of wildlife. According to your preference, you can visit Menengai Crater or other local attractions. You will return to your lodge and have dinner and rest.
Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge

After having your breakfast at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge, you will partake in a five-hour drive to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. You will check in and enjoy your lunch, before embarking on an afternoon game drive. During the drive, you might be able to see the majority of the animals, like the lions, cheetahs, elephants, and more. You will get back to your camp when the sun starts setting in the horizon, and enjoy dinner around the campfire before retiring to bed for the night.
