Early in the morning, you will depart Maun to Central Kalahari Game Reserve, an untouched expanse of desert wilderness. Upon arriving at your private mobile bush camp, set near Deception Valley or Sunday Pan, you’ll enjoy a hearty lunch before heading out for your first afternoon game drive. This vast, arid region is home to springbok, oryx, black-maned lions, and a variety of birds. End the day with sundowners and a fireside dinner beneath the star-studded sky.

Begin your day with a sunrise game drive in Deception Valley, where you may spot cheetahs stalking prey or large herds of oryx. Midday brings time to relax at camp, followed by a special cultural experience: a guided walk with local San Bushmen. Learn about their ancient survival skills, medicinal plants, and traditional tracking methods. Later, enjoy another game drive through the open pans, watching for honey badgers, bat-eared foxes, and jackals.
