Your Gombe trip starts with a flight to Kigoma, then a boat ride across Lake Tanganyika to the park. After settling in and lunch, you'll receive a briefing before your first chimpanzee trek. Explore the forest with a guide, observing the habituated chimps and learning about their lives. The trek length varies. End your day with an optional swim in Lake Tanganyika, followed by dinner and overnight stay.
