This 4-Day Uganda Express Primate Tour from Kigali is suitable for those with fewer days, but would like to explore the major primates. It starts with a brief Kigali City Tour where you learn about Rwanda's past and how it has become a great country in recent years. This, however, depends on the time you land in Kigali. You then head to Kibale National Park, the 'Primate Capital of the World'. After chimpanzee trekking, you head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for the 'Ultimate Gorilla Experience'. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is home to the highest number of mountain gorillas in the world, with more than 480 mountain gorillas. Then, you'll head back to Kigali on the 4th day to end the tour. If you didn't get the time for the Kigali city tour on day 1, this day will allow you to do it before you fly out to end the tour.

Transfer to Kibale National Park
Kibale
On this day, you'll be welcomed by your driver-guide from Safari Vacations and Travel Services at the airport. You'll then go for a city tour, visiting the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center and the Kimironko market. You'll then embark on a journey to Kibale National Park. You'll arrive in the evening, check in at your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Chimp trekking and head to Bwindi
Bwindi Impenetrable
On this day, you'll head to the park headquarters with your packed lunch. After a briefing at the park headquarters, you'll head to the forest in search of the chimpanzee community. Look out for other primates, birds, and unique plant species while searching for the chimpanzees. After finding them, you'll spend an hour in their presence. After taking photos and seeing how they behave, you'll head to the starting point and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

On this day, you'll wake up early in the morning for breakfast. You'll then head to the briefing point at the park headquarters with your packed lunch. After a briefing, you'll be divided into groups of 8 to track a gorilla family. You'll head to the forest in search of the gorilla family, escorted by 2 ranger guides and led by a guide. You'll then search for the gorilla family, and after finding it, spend an hour monitoring the behavior of different members. You'll then return to the lodge.

Transfer back to Kigali
On this day, you'll have breakfast in the morning. After, you'll embark on a journey back to Kigali. This will mark the end of the 4-day Express Primate Safari in Uganda from Kigali.
