Saanane Island Exploration

Arrive at Mwanza Airport Your safari guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Mwanza. Afternoon (approx. 2:00 PM): Saanane Island National Park Take a short boat ride (5-15 minutes) from Capri Point in Mwanza to Saanane Island National Park. Enjoy a leisurely walking safari on the island's trails. It's also the only place in Tanzania to find the De Brazza's monkey. Travel to Rubondo Island park

After an early breakfast, transfer to the designated boat departure point in Mwanza. Embark on a longer boat journey across Lake Victoria to Rubondo Island. This option is more scenic but takes significantly longer (3-5 hours).Upon arrival at Rubondo Island, you'll be met by park lodge staff and transferred to your lodge. Check-in and have lunch. Afternoon: Embark on a guided nature walk through the island's unique "forest in the water" ecosystem. Evening: Dinner
