Arrival from Arusha to Tarangire

Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha. You’ll begin the scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, a journey of about 2-3 hours. Upon arrival, you'll immediately begin a full-day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, which are often found congregating near the Tarangire River. You'll also search for lions, leopards, giraffes, wildebeest, and a huge variety of birdlife. As the sun sets, you'll drive to your accomodation.

Morning Game Drive & Departure

After an early breakfast, you’ll embark on a final morning game drive in Tarangire National Park. This gives you one last opportunity to spot any animals you may have missed, and to capture some beautiful early morning photos of the park’s wildlife. After a few hours of game driving, you will begin the scenic drive back to Arusha. Your safari concludes with the drive back to your hotel or the airport.
