Hotel Des Mille Collines
Kigali City Tour & Transfer
Kigali’s Craft Markets: These bustling markets are a great place to shop for souvenirs, such as hand-carved wooden artifacts, traditional crafts, and vibrant Rwandan fabrics. In the afternoon, your 4-Day Uganda Rwanda Primates Safari continues with a scenic road transfer from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda.
Rushaga Gorilla Lodge
Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
The trek can vary in length depending on the location of the gorilla families. Expect to hike through dense vegetation, steep hills, and sometimes muddy paths. The trek can last anywhere from 1 to 6 hours, but the physical effort is well worth the reward. Once you locate the gorillas, you’ll be allowed to spend an hour observing them in their natural habitat. After the trek will be transferred to Rwanda for golden monkey tracking in Volcanoes national Park.
Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge
Golden Monkey Tracking in Volcanoes
Your day will begin early with a briefing from a ranger guide before setting off into the forests in search of the golden monkeys. Unlike gorilla trekking, the golden monkey trek is typically easier. After the golden monkey trek, you’ll enjoy a relaxing lunch at the lodge before embarking on the 2-3 hour road transfer back to Kigali. Upon arrival in Kigali, you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your departure.
