Itinerary
Pick Up and Transfer
Hopefully, your journey is scheduled for an early (not past noon) landing in Uganda. Your driver-guide will pick you up from Entebbe Airport and you will hit the road to Murchison Falls. En route, you'll make a detour visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. You will have at least one hour of rhino tracking while here. Another stop will be in Masindi to enjoy your lunch, after you will visit the top of the falls then continue to the park and check into your accommodation to relax for the evening.

Game Drive and Launch/Boat Trip
You'll have your breakfast and then depart for an early morning game drive across the Uganda’s largest national park. Here, you will have the opportunity to view lions, giraffes, buffalo, and elephants. Return to your accommodation for lunch. After lunch, you will head out for the boat trip to the base of Murchison Falls. You will again have evening game drive on your way to the lodge for an evening relaxation.

Game Drive and Transfer to Kibale
You'll start the day with a morning game drive to spot any wildlife you might have missed the previous day. Afterward, you will drive to Kibale Forest National Park, known for its population of chimpanzees. Upon reaching kibale forest, you will check in the lodge and freshen up. Later in the afternoon you will go for a walk in the Bigodi Swamp.

In the morning, you will go on a chimpanzee-tracking adventure in Kibale Forest. Accompanied by experienced guides, you will trek through the forest in search of habituated chimpanzee groups. Once you find them, you will spend a memorable hour observing and learning about these fascinating primates. Afterward, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive.

Game Drive and Transfer to Bwindi
You'll start the day with a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, and a variety of antelope species. Afterward, you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas for gorilla trekking experience.

Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
On this day, you will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime experience of gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After a briefing by the park rangers, you will set off into the forest in small groups to track and observe one of the habituated gorilla families. The trek can vary in duration and difficulty depending on the gorilla group's location, but once you find them, you will spend an unforgettable hour in their presence. Later in the evening you will have batwa culture experience.

Transfer from Bwindi to Entebbe
After breakfast, you will begin your journey back to Entebbe Airport for your departure. The drive takes approximately 8-9 hours, with stop for lunch at Igongo cultural center in mbarara and another stop over at the Uganda Equator crossing line in kayabwe. Your guide will ensure that you reach the airport in time for your scheduled departure, marking the end of your 7-day Uganda safari.
