Murchison Falls

On this first day, of your safari, your guide will pick you up and drive to Murchison Falls National Park. The highlights of this safari include the roaring falls of Murchison, a boat trip to the bottom of the falls, the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest national park with chances of sighting elephants, buffalo, lions and giraffes. Expect a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a short walk to see the white rhinos with a ranger escort for about an hour seeing them enjoying the sanctuary.

Murchison Falls

In the morning, have breakfast and set off for a morning game drive. Your guide will be able to look out for the early morning wildlife with expertise. Enjoy game viewing and photography of lions, buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks, Uganda kob, elephants and various bird species. The game drive will take 3-4 hours. . In the afternoon, enjoy a sunroof boat ride which will take you to the bottom of the Murchison Falls where you will be able to see aquatic animals in water and different landscape.
