Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu

Your driver/guide will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel, residence or Nairobi airport. Then we’ll head out in our 4 x 4 Jeep over Kenya’s central highlands enjoying views of small, local coffee, tea, sisal and pineapple farms. We’ll also pass the imposing form of Mt. Kenya, the pride of our country and its tallest peak. We’ll spend the night at Sopa lodge

Day 2: Samburu full day

We start the day early with a refreshing breakfast before heading out on a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. We drive back to the lodge for lunch. Samburu Reserve is a unique wildlife conservation haven famous for an abundance of rare species of animals such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx. The afternoon is at leisure or you will set out on a game drive as you explore this reserve and continue to spot unique animals.
