Pick up in Dar at 04:00am and transfer to the train station to depart at 06:00am, arrive in Morogoro at 07:45 picked and drive to Mikumi, arrive at 10:00am, and embark on game drive in the park. Mikumi is home to an abundance of wildlife. On safari in Mikumi elephants, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and various antelopes are commonly sighted.
