Fly in to selou National park

Nyerere (Selous)

Arrival and pick up will be at the Zanzibar airport and Mtemere Airstrip by our guide, and then proceed to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you will continue with a full-day game drive with a bush lunch inside Nyerere National Park which offers fascinating scenery and wildlife. After lunch, we will proceed with the afternoon game drive until sunset, then return for dinner and overnight at your accommodation at Nyerere tented Camp.

Fly out selou National Park

Wake up at 6 am for a cup of coffee and then depart for a two-hour walking safari. Return to the lodge for breakfast where after you'll proceed with a boat safari along the mighty Rufiji River until noon. You have the possibility to spot plenty of hippos, crocodiles and birdlife. Later, you proceed to the camp for lunch and then drive to the Mtemere Airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar.
