A friendly guide will meet you with a personalized sign, ready to whisk you away to the vibrant town of Arusha, just a short 45–60-minute drive from the airport. Arusha, often called the “Safari Capital of the world,” is a gateway to Tanzania’s famous parks. You'll spend the night at a hotel or lodge nestled in the city's heart, enjoying your first taste of Tanzanian hospitality.

Tarangire

It’s time for your safari adventure! Head to Tarangire, where you’ll enjoy a thrilling game drive among the iconic Baobab trees. The park is known for its huge elephant herds, often numbering in the hundreds, and its stunning landscapes of open plains, swamps, and woodlands. During the dry season, the Tarangire River becomes a magnet for wildlife, so expect to see elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and more! After a picnic lunch overlooking the river, you’ll head to Karatu for a restful night.

The next day, rise early for a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. Known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” the crater is home to thousands of animals, including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhinos. Here, lions, elephants, wildebeests, and flamingos roam freely, creating the ultimate wildlife spectacle. After a picnic lunch within the crater, you'll head toward the Lodge in the Ndutu Plains for the night.

The highlight of this season is the calving—thousands of baby wildebeests are born daily, drawing predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas. It’s an unforgettable drama of life and survival!

Next, head to the heart of the Central Serengeti, famous for its endless plains and abundant wildlife. it is home to one of the world’s largest populations of plains game, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs. After the full day game drive, you will return to the Lodge for an overnight rest before your journey back.
