Your safari begins in Nairobi, where the Jossec Safaris team will pick you up for a warm welcome and a short briefing. You’ll then embark on a scenic drive to the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, with a stop at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning photo opportunities. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge before heading out on your first game drive in Maasai Mara.

Wake up early for a full-day safari adventure in the Maasai Mara. With its vast plains and abundant wildlife, this reserve offers some of the best game viewing in Africa. You’ll track the Big Five and witness countless zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes grazing across the open landscape. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild. If visiting between July and October, you may witness the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeest make the daring Mara River crossing.
