Drive to Kibale National Park

Early in the morning, drive to Kibale and you will arrive at your lodge in early afternoon. You will have your lunch in Fort portal town and proceed to the park and check in at your lodge. After lunch, take a visit to Bigodi swamp sanctuary for a nature walk which may gift you with a chance to see a variety of tree species found within the wet tropical forests. And also different primates such as, blue monkeys, baboons and a variety of birds.

After an early morning breakfast assemble at your briefing point. You will set off to the forest for the experience of chimpanzees, where you will have also a chance to see the diversity of different animal and plant species within the forest. The search for chimpanzees and other primates including; The black and white Colobus monkeys and grey-cheeked Manga bays swinging through the dense forest, and a variety of bird species, butterflies, and lots of insects in close quarters.
