Amboseli National Park is known as the "Home of the African Elephant". It is crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. The name "Amboseli" means "salty dust" in Masai. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, as well as other wildlife including lions, cheetahs, and flamingos. It features wide dry plains, green swamps, and semi-arid acacia trees and grasses.

Nairobi to Amboseli NP

Amboseli

Early Morning pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and depart for a 5 hrs drive to the Amboseli. Arrive at the park at noon proceed with check in to your lodge with game enroute, lunch then relaxation. At 4 O'clock head for an evening game drive with a chance to see herds of elephants and other wildlife against the backdrop of Africa's highest mountain- Mount Kilimanjaro. After the game drive, head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Early morning game drive in to catch the sunrise with spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro and in search of more wildlife and bird species. Head back to your camp/ lodge for breakfast, then in the afternoon back to the park for more wildlife hunt with game drives by the swamp and the observation hill to get a clear view of the park and Mt.Kilimanjaro. Dinner and Overnight at your lodge

Early morning game drive to soak in the last of jumbo hunt. After breakfast, relaxation at the camp as you prepare for check out of lodge and park back to nairobi. Drop Off your nairobi hotel or airport for your homebound flight.
