After breakfast our driver will drive you to Kilimanjaro National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll register and officially start your climb. Kibo-Uhuru: 4km Up /14 km Down

On the Day 4 of 5 Days Kilimanjaro hiking Begin the climb to the summit very early in the morning (midnight to 2 a.m.) on steep and heavy scree or snow up to Gilman’s point on the crater rim. Ascending further, we now reach Uhuru Peak, Africa’s highest point. Every turn offers breathtaking views. Take a picture at the top to show your friends and family.We descend from here, stopping for lunch and a rest at Kibo before proceeding to the Horombo encampment.

Horombo-Marangu :5-6 Hours

Continue descending through the lush forest path to the Marangu National Park gate. It can be wet and muddy at lower elevations. Gaiters and trekking poles will come in handy. Shorts and t-shirts will most likely suffice (keep rain gear and warmer clothing handy). A vehicle will be waiting for you in Marangu village to transport you back to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha after5 Days Kilimanjaro climbing. Remember to tip your guides and porters.
