Travel to Kibale National Park
Transfer to Kibale national park will begin immediately after breakfast at the hotel or pick up at the airport in Entebbe. Kibale forest is home to 13 primates and that’s why it’s called the primate capital of the world and among others, there are chimpanzees our cousins, grey-cheeked mangabeys, red colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys among others. It is also home to big mammals like elephants, buffalos among others.
Isunga Lodge
Chimpanzee trekking
Take a drive through the forest after breakfast and then turn to the Kanyanchu tourist information centre where you will be briefed about chimpanzee trekking. This will include cross-checking chimp permits, informing you about the trekking rules and regulation, information about the forest among others. Start the trek with a help of the ranger guide and you will spot other primates like grey-cheeked mangabeys, red colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys and many more.

Transfer to Murchison Falls Park
Make a transfer to the biggest conservation area in Uganda - Murchison Falls national park immediately after breakfast. Murchison falls national park is divided into two by Albert Nile and the southern part is covered by forested area while the northern part by savannah vegetation and hence good for game drives since you can easily spot animals. On arrival, you will take an evening game drive through the park and head to the lodge for slumber.
